To make sure you and your friends and family are getting our newsletters and emails, you need to add our sender address to your email address book or safe list. By doing this you ensure that our emails won't be blocked by spam filters — software used by most Internet service providers to protect you from unwanted emails. In order to begin your promotion, we must receive a professionally designed flyer in the format listed below. We can not stress how important it is that your promotional material is created by a professional graphic designer. The overall appearance of your marketing material has a direct connection to the success of your event, product and service. If you do not have a professionally designed flyer we can develop one for you (see "Our Pricing above for associated fees). Please send the flyer to email@example.com.
We must receive your file in the following format. We do not accept Microsoft Word or Publisher formats.
Image Size: Maximum size of 600 X 800
File Size: Maximum size of 100k, we will compress as needed
Resolution: All files submitted must be 72 dpi
Color Mode: All files must be in RGB color mode
File Type: JPG/PDF

NOT EVERYTHING IS CREATED EQUAL
Please provide us with the text version of your email blast in Microsoft Word format. Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) won't display graphics without text, therefore we will also send out your promotion via text version. Please spell check all content before submitting you promotional material. We do not review or spell check for grammatical or typos.
TRUST BUT VERIFY
Once we receive your graphic and text, we will then send you a draft for your approval. Once approved, please submit payment.
Your payment must clear before your eblast will go out. We recommend PayPal a quick, safe and secure credit card and electronic check processor. To process your payment go to http://www.Paypal.com, click the Business tab and then click on Send Money. Send Money to firstname.lastname@example.org. The above process typically takes about 2-3 days. Once you approve the draft, payment is received and cleared, schedule your eblast(s), unless you specify a date when you want your eblast to go out.
